Paddle board or kayak

Paddle board or kayak to enjoy the calm waters on the river right across the road. Watersport equipment hire is available at the boat ramp 200m from us.

North Haven breakwall.

The breakwall is the entrance to North Haven, Laurieton and Dunbogan. A perfect spot to go for a walk and spot some dolphins!

Fishing

The North Haven and Dunbogan break walls in the estuary mouth are popular for a mixed bag of fish. Bream, flathead, whiting and luderick can be caught on a basic rig.

Shopping & dining in Port Macquarie

Travel 30 minutes north for the shopping and dining delights of Port Macquarie. Check out The Glasshouse and catch a show or visit the art gallery.

Mountain biking at Jolly Nose

The nearby Jolly Nose Mountain Bike Park is approximately 60km of trails for beginners, intermediate and advanced riders.
